8 Etruria, Apt. A

For a long time, the duplex at 8 Etruria Street on Queen Anne was the dog of the Jenkins Properties portfolio.

Not anymore.

Thanks to a five-month remodel project that Cole spearheaded, the top floor apartment is now something we’re all extremely proud of.  I’m blown away at how nice it turned out — in some ways, it’s even nicer than casa de Jenkins.  A few photos:

And the details:

  • 930 square feet.
  • $2295/month
  • 2 bedroom
  • 1 bath
  • Fantastic location — 5-10 minute drive to Amazon campus; walk to Fremont; 3-minute drive to 15th Avenue (west).

  • Attic storage
  • Parking in back
  • Back deck
  • Pay 1/2 utilities (split with separate entrance apartment located below)
